James Freudigmann

James’s goal of helping all his clients achieve success through property is evident from the very first conversation. He is devoted to his clients, has a passion for property and is transparent in all his dealings.

Property has been in James’s blood as far back as his Grandfather who was a commercial property developer, and since he was old enough to save a deposit, he has been in the property market himself.

One of the primary reasons he has pursued his career in property and furthered his study, was due to seeing so many property buyers enter a transaction with too much emotion having overlook the required due diligence to make an informed purchase.

James completed a degree in Property Economics, is a registered valuer and a qualified property investment advisor and since entering the Buyers Agency world in 2007, has been a State manager and National manager before forming PMC with his business partner Will Hosking in early 2014.

Outside of property, James loves getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the outdoors and “roughing it” by camping, hiking and 4-wheel driving. He also loves anything sport related and most of all, spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Will Hosking

Personable, authentic and with a steadfast commitment to achieve excellent outcomes for PMC’s clients, Wills drive to continue to improve the buying experience for Australians is rarely matched.

His personal property investment journey started in 2003 when he purchased his first investment property. Off the back of this purchase his passion for property grew and in 2009 he formally entered the Property Industry as a Property Advisor and Buyers Agent.

Having grown up and worked in a successful family construction business, Will completed a Bachelor of Business at UTS and went onto completing his Diploma of Financial Planning and Full Real Estate License. Will’s desire to “walk the talk” and build his own property portfolio opened his eyes up to how easily people can be taken advantage of when investing their own money in the property market. This fueled Will’s passion to lift the integrity and standards of the advice received on the buy side of a real estate transaction.

Since starting in the Buyers Advocate industry in 2009, Will has been a Buyer’s Agent, NSW State Manager of a National Buyers Advocate division for a Valuation firm before deciding to form PMC Property in 2014 with his business partner James Freudigmann.

In conjunction with his passion for property, Will is an active member of Collaroy Surf Lifesaving Club, a tragic sports enthusiast and loves anything to do with his family, friends and the outdoors.

Khayla Gibson

Flexible, spontaneous and an ability to adapt to change are just some of the reasons why Khayla is a valued team member at PMC Property Management. Her personable nature combined with her excellent time management and multi-tasking skills have contributed to her steady rise within Property Management.

Khayla has over 8 years’ experience in the Property Management field. She has gained and retained an excellent knowledge of legislation and is able to recall this as and when required in her day to day activities with tenants and landlords. She is also very capable of interacting with clients and ensuring the communication is smooth and seamless. Her high levels of energy and positive personality along with her passion to provide high quality service ensures Tenants and Owners alike will find it easy to communicate with her.

Whilst managing motherhood with her profession Khayla takes it all in her stride and exudes the calm exterior of a person well beyond her years. Her love of life enables her to see the positive aspect to every situation.

Karen Forbes

Karen is a self-confessed property ‘junkie’. She ran a successful mortgage broking franchise for 8 years, during which time she learned a great deal about what makes an ideal home or investment property. Karen has held a Buyer’s Agent Licence since 2013, regularly advising clients on their property purchases and interaction with real estate agents. Now a fully licenced agent, she brings a unique skill mix of both property and financial analysis to the team.

In addition, Karen forms part of the Property Management team in Newcastle and is a property investor herself. As a result Karen is able to utilise this property investment experience to monitor the welfare of our clients’ investments and amplify the property management service we provide.

Born and educated in Newcastle, Karen has first-hand knowledge of the region. And as a current resident, she has her finger on the pulse of all that is going on in this very exciting city. She provides our clients, who reside outside the area, a wealth of inside information and a level of understanding that enhances their buying and investing experience, as well as being a valuable ‘on the ground’ resource to manage their investments.

Cassie Turner

Cassie has worked in the Property Management industry for over 4 years and thoroughly enjoys helping others and taking on new challenges. She started as a Leasing Consultant and quickly worked her way up to a Senior Property Manager where she shows great communication and time management skills with her clients. Cassie’s positive, outgoing personality aligns well with her role and she loves knowing that she’s resolved an issue and made someone’s day that bit better.

Cassie prides herself on building and maintaining relationships with everyone around her and making sure the properties are all up to standard.

As well as a Property Manager, Cassie is also a homeowner, investor and tenant so she can relate to any issues the clients may have.

When she’s not working, Cassie is taking pride in her home and cuddling up with her little kitty, Cleo. On weekends, she’s almost always at the beach with her partner and spending time with her family.

Rebecca Cunningham

Rebecca holds a master’s degree in marketing and global finance from Toronto University. And enjoyed a 9-year career in banking. Working with Amex and Citibank prior to her move to the real estate industry.

Shifting to real estate then in 2008, Rebecca has never looked back. She worked in residential sales for a number of years and as a business development manager. Before finding her real passion as a property manager.

Rebecca loves the customer relationships and account management involved in property management. Her exceptional organisation skills, friendly approach and wonderful sense of humour all combine to make Rebecca the top-quality property manager that she is. And is why she is so well regarded by her landlords, tenants, colleagues and friends.

When she’s away from the office. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter, travelling, relaxing at the beach, or working up a sweat in the Pilates studio.

Originally from Taiwan, Rebecca speaks fluent Mandarin and Japanese.

Katherine is British born and began her real estate career in property sales while living in the UK.  After immigrating to Australia in 2005, Katherine moved to Hamilton Island where she made the transition into property management.
