There is no shopping centre or supermarket in Wooloowin itself however there are a number of small shops with a café and boutique shops.


Wooloowin is home to plenty of cafes and secluded little dining areas. The small centre on Lisson Grove has a convenience store, bakery, café and restaurant and other cafes like Little Corner Café on Dickson Street and Rhubarb Rhubarb on Kent Rd are very popular with locals.

School Catchment Zones

Wooloowin State Primary School and Kedron State High School are the two catchment zones of Wooloowin residents.


From Kalinga Park and the beautiful walks and bike paths along Kedron Brook to secluded café dining, there are plenty of options for weekends and relaxation in Wooloowin. There is also the Shaw Park Tennis Centre in Kalinga for a hit of tennis or go and support the local Rugby Union team “Norths” at their home fields.
