Coorparoo has always been a popular inner city locale and with the redevelopment of the shopping centre on Old Cleveland Rd, now has the restaurant and lifestyle options for residents as well. With some beautiful character housing, very strong school catchments, convenient location and café/restaurant lifestyle, Coorparoo is expected to always be in strong demand from property investors and tenants.

Coorparoo is a very large suburb but despite that is still very well accessed via both road and public transport. It has a train station to the northern end of the suburb, regular bus services and multiple roadways meaning a drive to the city from the furthest part of the suburb will take about 15 minutes in peak hour.

The major shopping centre on Old Cleveland Rd has undergone significant redevelopment and renovation in 2016-2018 and now provides an excellent centre including movie cinemas, laneway style dining and plenty of retail stores. Throughout Coorparoo however there are plenty of other small shops and centres.

Coorparoo is fast becoming one of the more popular culinary suburbs of Brisbane. Coorparoo Secondary College is the high school catchment and Primary school catchment is Coorparoo State School which has a very good reputation.
