With elevated houses with city views, beautiful character style homes, good convenience to the city and a relaxed lifestyle, we would expect to see Camp Hill continue to increase in popularity which will not only increase house prices, but rental prices as well.
Transport Options
Despite Camp Hill not having a trainline, it doesn’t seem to deter anyone from living here. With regular bus services and multiple driving options to head north/south, it is easy to get to where you need to go and quite quickly.
Local Shops
Camp Hill has a number of small sets of shops but no major shopping centre. Coorparoo to the West or Carindale to the East have the larger shopping centres to provide some retail therapy.
Restaurants/Cafe
This is one thing that Camp Hill is well known for. The Martha Street Precinct has a number of boutique restaurants and cafes as does the Samuel Street centre. There are also small cafes scattered almost everywhere through the suburb.

Camp Hill is split into two primary catchments; Camp Hill State School and Whites Hill State College. High school catchment is Whites Hill State College.
