How does it work?

  • We will respond within one business day

  • If we don’t respond in that timeframe, then you get a week’s FREE management

2.Tenant guarantee

How does it work?

  • PMC sources a tenant for you including doing all the required employment, ID, rental history, small claims, bankruptcy searches
  • An unlikely event means your tenant doesn’t work out and needs to be evicted

What is the benefit to you as a client?

  • PMC will manage the insurance claim and re-let the property free of charge.*

3.Cashflow guarantee

How does it work?

  • Your tenant stops paying rent
  • PMC steps in and pays the rent until the situation is resolved

What is the benefit to you as a client?

  • You never have to worry about missing your loan repayments again due to tenants not having paid their rent.**

4. Satisfaction guarantee

How does it work?

  • You switch your management to PMC
  • You experience our quality of service but aren’t completely happy and notify us in writing

What is the benefit to you as a client?

  • In this unlikely event we will refund your management fees and allow you to terminate with a reduced notice period.

*Applies in the case of lease termination by agency only. Tenant must have been placed by PMC Property Management.
**Landlord rent protection insurance must be in place. Payable after 14 days of rent arrears. Insurance claim funds must be paid into PMC’s trust account.
