Karen is a self-confessed property ‘junkie’. A career in Accounting, Financial Management and Mortgage Broking gave her a broad range of experience about what makes an ideal home or investment property. She joined the PMC team as a Licensed Buyers Agent in 2016 bringing a unique skill mix of both property and financial analysis to the team.

Karen now heads the PMC Property Management team based in Newcastle where she was born and educated. As a property investor herself, Karen utilises her property investment experience to monitor the welfare of our clients’ investments and amplify the property management service we provide. She is also the Trust Accountant for the NSW portfolio.

With first-hand knowledge of the Newcastle region Karen has her finger on the pulse of all that is going on in this very exciting city. She provides our clients residing outside the area with a wealth of inside information and a level of understanding that is a valuable ‘on the ground’ resource to manage their investments.
