Teneriffe is a small riverfront suburb bordering Newstead and New Farm. It is very well known for the converted Woolstores units and the riverfront prestige units. The appeal for tenants is the proximity to the city, the great transport options and the excellent balance of lifestyle with cafes, bars and restaurants galore.

Teneriffe is connected via the City Cat (River Ferry) to the city and other suburbs as well as regular bus services.
