James’s goal of helping all his clients achieve success through property is evident from the very first conversation. He is devoted to his clients, has a passion for property and is transparent in all his dealings.

Property has been in James’s blood as far back as his Grandfather who was a commercial property developer, and since he was old enough to save a deposit, he has been in the property market himself.

One of the primary reasons he has pursued his career in property and furthered his study, was due to seeing so many property buyers enter a transaction with too much emotion having overlook the required due diligence to make an informed purchase.

James completed a degree in Property Economics, is a registered valuer and a qualified property investment advisor and since entering the Buyers Agency world in 2007, has been a State manager and National manager before forming PMC with his business partner Will Hosking in early 2014.

Outside of property, James loves getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the outdoors and “roughing it” by camping, hiking and 4-wheel driving. He also loves anything sport related and most of all, spending time with his wife and 3 kids.

Personable, authentic and with a steadfast commitment to achieve excellent outcomes for PMC’s clients, Wills drive to continue to improve the buying experience for Australians is rarely matched.

His personal property investment journey started in 2003 when he purchased his first investment property. Off the back of this purchase his passion for property grew and in 2009 he formally entered the Property Industry as a Property Advisor and Buyers Agent.

Having grown up and worked in a successful family construction business, Will completed a Bachelor of Business at UTS and went onto completing his Diploma of Financial Planning and Full Real Estate License. Will’s desire to “walk the talk” and build his own property portfolio opened his eyes up to how easily people can be taken advantage of when investing their own money in the property market. This fueled Will’s passion to lift the integrity and standards of the advice received on the buy side of a real estate transaction.

Since starting in the Buyers Advocate industry in 2009, Will has been a Buyer’s Agent, NSW State Manager of a National Buyers Advocate division for a Valuation firm before deciding to form PMC Property in 2014 with his business partner James Freudigmann.

In conjunction with his passion for property, Will is an active member of Collaroy Surf Lifesaving Club, a tragic sports enthusiast and loves anything to do with his family, friends and the outdoors.

Amanda has been a member of the Queensland Property Management industry for over 22 years. Amanda’s early years began in the front office and she has progressed steadily upwards though upper levels of property management, learning to master several roles within the ranks including: Senior Property Manager, Business Development Manager, Department Manager, Business Partner/Owner.

Amanda’s achievements include training and developing the ‘National Property Manager of the Year’, for a highly recognised Australian agency brand, along with the implementation of new technologies in one of the largest offices in the Western corridor in Brisbane with a rent roll of over 1500 properties.

Amanda’s passion lies in new technology and policies and procedures, which are designed to facilitate the best client/customer experience. Amanda genuinely cares about people and that translates into a high referral client base which has grown organically throughout her career.

Outside Amanda’s eventful and well-loved role within PMC, she is completing a yoga teacher training course and loves anything do to with the performing arts, however spending time with her husband and best friend, along with their dog is where Amanda is most happy.

Combined with her honest, friendly and down to earth approach, Jo has established herself as a true “people person” and is genuinely committed to delivering not only great results but an exceptional, stress-free and rewarding experience for our clients.

Jo has developed a formidable reputation as a Property Manager with an eye for detail and a talent for straight forward and honest communication. Jo is highly motivated and passionate about achieving the best results for all of her clients.

Karen is a self-confessed property ‘junkie’. She ran a successful mortgage broking franchise for 8 years, during which time she learned a great deal about what makes an ideal home or investment property. Karen has held a Buyer’s Agent Licence since 2013, regularly advising clients on their property purchases and interaction with real estate agents. Now a fully licenced agent, she brings a unique skill mix of both property and financial analysis to the team.

In addition, Karen forms part of the Property Management team in Newcastle and is a property investor herself. As a result Karen is able to utilise this property investment experience to monitor the welfare of our clients’ investments and amplify the property management service we provide.

Born and educated in Newcastle, Karen has first-hand knowledge of the region. And as a current resident, she has her finger on the pulse of all that is going on in this very exciting city. She provides our clients, who reside outside the area, a wealth of inside information and a level of understanding that enhances their buying and investing experience, as well as being a valuable ‘on the ground’ resource to manage their investments.

When she is not renovating her own home or planning her next travel adventure, Karen enjoys local theatre, music and community events, wine tasting, cooking and is actively involved in a number of local charities.

Haleigh, whilst keeping all the back end support running in a sophisticated manner also contributes to the great team culture that PMC enjoys.

Haleigh is the mother of two beautiful children and is often taking them camping and on exciting overseas destinations.

She has many years’ experience in the Property Industry, having worked in the UK and Australia for both small and large international Property Companies. Her wealth of knowledge comes from being in roles such as Client Trust Accountant, Property Manager and Retail Commercialisation Manager across Residential, Commercial and Retail assets.

Jo is passionate about the property industry and about ensuring our clients enjoy/experience an excellent property buying journey. She is approachable, reliable and brings her excellent communication and interpersonal skills to the PMC team.

Outside of PMC Jo enjoys spending time with her family & friends and enjoying the lifestyle offered on the Northern Beaches.

Katrina began her working career in retail at the age of 15. Working her way up to become store manager at only 19 she learnt the importance of exceptional customer service and communication from a young age.

“I believe that honesty and looking out for the customer’s best interest is critical to achieving success in any position.”

After purchasing her first home at the age of 24 her property journey began, with a growing passion for Real Estate and property investment she bought another home just 3 years later adding to her growing portfolio.

With a vast amount of knowledge and passion for the Real Estate industry, Katrina began her career working in Real Estate in 2007. In that time, she adapted to many different positions throughout her 11-year career within the agency including Administration, Office Manager, Buyer Manager and finally a Village Area Co-ordinator. Within those 11 years Katrina was acknowledged by her peers and took out such awards as “Support Person of the Year”, this one in particular was a huge achievement to win within a company that has over 20 offices throughout Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.

One of her favourite spots to visit is down south at Kingscliff.
